Hello,

I want to start off by saying my reason for searching for a face clinic, I had very bad cystic acne as well as some scarring. I have tried pretty much every single over the counter medication you can think of, unfortunately none of it worked for me.

I decide after a year of trying every possible over the counter medication it was time to see a professional !! So to the dermatologist I went! My Dermatologist was nice but not very informative, the only information she gave me was that I had cystic acne and that I needed to be on hormonal medication ( even though I told her I have had two different blood tests done to check my hormones and everything was fine), she also proscribed me topical creams which made my face super dry. I did this for about a year until I got super frustrated as this method did not work for me at all. I then went to see her and she proceeded to inject me with cortisol which again did nothing. I was hopeless, sad and thought that this is it I’d have to just live with my skin this way.

One day I was talking to a friend about how horrible I felt and embarrassed and ashamed I was of the skin I now had to live with. She pointed me to Dr. Bai and his clinic. First and foremost speaking to my esthetician she examined my skin asked me a lot of questions and made sure to know what MY concern were with my skin.

I then started doing the acne treatment which included face masks and extractions, the extractions are a bit painful but SO necessary! Within the first month I saw a HUGE difference in my skin and was shocked. I took photos all the time because the improvement was great. I continue my acne package for 12 weeks and saw a huge difference in the way that my skin felt and looked. The acne treatment was and is a huge and important part of having healthy skin if you’re someone like me who had really bad acne you will need the extractions and the cleansing and exfoliating of your skin. Once I finished the Acne package treatments I started doing the Baby injections and let me tell you I have never seen my skin as clear and smooth and glowing as it is now.

I am still currently going to The clear face laser clinic and I’m doing the baby injections and the scarlet laser which is about the same as doing the baby injections except it goes deeper into the skin. I am still on my journey for better skin however my face is almost 100% clear. I am maternally grateful for the people at this clinic and will always support and go to them because of how they treated me and the needs that my skin needed so a huge thank you to everyone at the clear face laser clinic for making me a more confident person and treating my skin with the upmost care.
